How can I become a customer, see prices on your website and eventually place an order?
Please go to www.vitabella-international.com/create_account once your registration is approved you will receive a personal login and password. Note we only work with so called B2B customer and don’t sell to (end)consumers.
What are the delivery-terms?
Our terms are, unless otherwise agreed in writing, EXW our warehouse in The Netherlands.
In which currency are the prices being displayed?
All our prices are in Euros’ and excluding (eventual) VAT.
Payments:
All payments to us must be made without any withholding or compensation, online with credit card, in cash at our office or in a bank account designated by us.
If the due amount has not been paid on the agreed due dates, the buyer will be in default by operation of law without any notice of default and will be obliged to pay interest from the due date at the rate of one percent per month on the entire amount due, as well as all extrajudicial costs of collection, hereby set at 15% of the total due with a minimum of € 50, all this without prejudice to our right to claim compensation for damage otherwise suffered.
Payments made by the buyer always first serve to settle all interest and costs owed, and then to claim the invoices that have been outstanding the longest, even if the buyer states that the payment relates to a later invoice.
We are entitled to compensation of the amounts owed or to be claimed by us in connection with the agreement with those that we owe or are owed by the buyer.
Non-compliance, late and / or incomplete fulfillment by the buyer of his obligations to pay gives us the right to suspend (further) fulfillment of the agreement on our part until he has fulfilled these obligations or cancels the agreement, all this without prejudice to our right to compensation due to the later and / or. non-execution of the agreement
Guarantee:
We are only responsible for the technical soundness of the goods supplied by us if it is certain that all our instructions regarding the use of the goods have been strictly followed.
The warranty period for technical use is six months after the delivery date.
If the goods have not been manufactured on our behalf or have been manufactured under our own license, we will not guarantee the soundness of these goods.
We limit our liability under the guarantee to the replacement of the defective goods or reimbursement of the amount charged for these defective goods.
In the event of replacement, a new warranty is provided for the replacement goods under the provisions of this article, which warranty commences on the day of delivery of the replacement goods.
We require defective items to be returned to us as a pre-requisite to receiving a replacement, therefore, we cannot replace a lost, stolen or otherwise missing product.
Does Vita Bella International products come with a satisfaction guarantee?
Our product are covered by a warranty against defects only, we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee. We will not replace a product that is in full working order. We require defective items to be returned to us as a pre-requisite to receiving a replacement, therefore, we cannot replace a lost, stolen or otherwise missing product.
Can I have a money refund or exchange a product for a more expensive item and pay the difference?
Under our warranty, we can replace your defective product with the same item, or a similar one should your item be out of stock or discontinued. We cannot provide a money refund or engage in a monetary transaction of any kind.
What should I do to confirm product defect before returning it?
Please ensure you use fresh batteries in your product and that they are aligned in the correct polarity. Please close the cap as tightly as possible. If the product still doesn’t work send an email to sales@vitabella-international.com for further instructions
How do I return my product?
We ask that you return your defective item to us in order to receive a replacement or a credit. When you are ready to return the product, please send an email to sales@vitabella-international.com for further instructions. Vita Bella International BV is not responsible for any lost or stolen product.
My product is missing a part, is there anything what can be done?
If a removable component to your product (cap, battery holder or charging cord) is missing or broken, send us an email (sales@vitabella-international.com) to see what we can do to help.
Complaints:
Externally visible transport damage must be noted immediately after receipt of the goods on the relevant receipt from the carrier.
Complaints concerning invoicing or visible defects in the delivered goods must be reported to us by fax / telex / telegraphic or by letter or telephone within eight days of receipt of the invoice or goods. A telephone communication must be confirmed in writing by the buyer within two days thereafter.
Complaints regarding non-visible defects in the delivered goods must be reported to us immediately after these defects were discovered or could reasonably have been discovered, but no later than six months after the day of delivery of the goods, which notification must be made as described in paragraph 2.
After expiry of the periods described in this article, complaints and complaints will no longer be processed by us.
We are also released from any liability and are not obliged to accept complaints about defects if the buyer has not met his obligations promptly, nor if third parties, whether or not by order of the buyer without prior written permission, make any changes or repairs to the items supplied by us. have applied or performed.
Non-compliance:
In the event of force majeure, both foreseeable and unforeseeable, we are entitled to dissolve the agreement entered into in whole or in part, without this leading to compensation for any damage or consequential damage.
We are also entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part, if circumstances have changed to such an extent that it can no longer reasonably be expected that we will still perform the agreement unchanged. In that case we will not be obliged to compensate any damage.
If, in the event of non-compliance, we are otherwise obliged to compensate the damage suffered by the buyer, this compensation may never be more than the invoice amount of the relative agreement.
The alleged fulfillment by us of our obligations under the agreement does not relieve the buyer of any of his obligations under the agreement.
Are Vita Bella International products safe?
Most of our products are made from Non-Toxic materials. Additionally, most of our products are Phthalate-Free, Scent-Free, and Body Safe, as well as Latex-Free.
Are Vita Bella International products waterproof?
Some of our products are waterproof! Those products which are waterproof are specifically designed with an airtight, waterproof seal, which allows for use in the shower or bath. To ensure that your toy can uphold its waterproof capabilities, please make sure to twist your cap on as tightly as possible to form its waterproof seal.
How do I take care of my products?
We recommend using fresh, brand name batteries with our products, and removing the batteries prior to storing the product so as to prevent the item from draining power from the batteries when not in use. We advise against alcohol for cleaning/sanitizing your item. Using alcohol or an incompatible lube may result in deterioration of the material. Most Vita Bella International products can be used with lubrication. Water-based lube is compatible with all types of personal massagers and is easy to clean off your massager. We recommend cleaning your product before AND after use, by wiping down the toy using a sanitizing cleaner.
Our products are made from a few different body-safe materials, all of which can be cleaned as described above:
- ABS Plastic, which allows for powerful vibrations, and is easy to clean.
- TPR is a soft material, that’s also bendable and flexible, and should not be boiled. Please do not store two TPR toys together, as the material will react and the toys will “melt” onto each other. Oil-based lube is not recommended for products made from body-safe TPR.
- Silicone massagers are made with Pure 100% Pharmaceutical grade Silicone. They feel natural and most like human skin, plus can take the heat! Silicone lube should not be used with silicone toys.
Liability:
If, on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions or otherwise, we are obliged to compensate the purchaser for damage, we will never be obliged to compensate damage that exceeds the invoice amount of the relative agreement.
